West Des Moines, IA (February 17, 2012) – Cedarbrooke Place, an affordable apartment community, celebrated its grand opening in The Legacy in Norwalk on Thursday, February 16, 2012.

At the grand opening, City Manager Mark Miller, Norwalk Development Services Director Chris Nosbisch, Iowa Finance Authority Executive Director Dave Jamison and Norwalk Chamber of Commerce President Bryan Greiner helped Krista Capp, Hubbell Realty Company Vice President Property Management, and Steve Niebuhr, Hubbell Construction Services, Senior Vice President Hubbell Realty Company, cut the ceremonial ribbon to mark the occasion.


“We are committed to investing in growing communities like Norwalk and are pleased to offer an affordable living option in The Legacy,” stated Capp. “With the first two buildings comprised of 60 units completed, we look forward to continued leasing success and a second phase of Cedarbrooke Place in the future.”

Cedarbrooke Place offers affordable one, two and three bedroom apartment homes. Features include in-unit washers/dryers, wood laminate flooring and island kitchens as well as hard to find amenities including a splash pad, business center, fitness center, community clubhouse and picnic/grilling areas.
