PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN BUILDERS BRINGS SUCCESS TO HUBBELL LIVING HOME SHOW
West Des Moines, IA (September 16, 2014) – Hubbell Realty Company hosted its fourth Hubbell Living Home Show on September 6, 7, 13 and 14 at Glynn Village, a conservation community in Waukee. Experience has shown that partnerships with other builders to create unique and diverse opportunities for the home buyer make home shows more successful.
“We showcased eight homes by seven builders,” explained Joe Pietruszynski, Hubbell Realty Company Vice President of Land Development. “By bringing a variety of builders together into a development, we are able to provide diversity in price and style, two aspects that make Glynn Village a unique place to live.”
Pietruszynski added that conservation is the other aspect making Glynn Village a true gem in the market. “Our Hubbell Conservation Communities are designed to minimize the neighborhood’s impact on the environment, reduce the effect of water run-off by slowing it down as it is filtered through native grasses.”
More than 1,000 people toured the homes built by Eden Custom Homes, Hallbrooke Homes, Inc., Hubbell Homes, KDC Built, Keystone Homes, Meadowbrook Builders and Orton Homes. Best in Show, as chosen by attendees, was awarded to Eden Custom Homes.
“The weekend was a great testimony to the housing market being strong in central Iowa,” remarked Cliff McClure, Meadowbrook Builders President.
Glynn Village is located just south of SE University and west of SE LA Grant Parkway in Waukee. The homes in the Hubbell Living Home Show are located along Snyder Street and Abigail Lane. For more information, visit www.hubbellliving.com.
