Cityville is a new-construction development just south of the heart of downtown Des Moines. Located on 9th Street south of Martin Luther King Parkway, Cityville will be a mixed-use property with the first floor of each building offering commercial space, garage parking and/or the community clubhouse. The 339 units at Cityville on 9th are being completed in three nearly equal phases.  
Cityville will target a wide array of residents by offering micro, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Each unit will have amenities such as an in-home washer/dryer, open kitchen and living space, designer appliances, tall ceilings, city views and an on-site parking garage. The first-floor clubhouse will include a community room with fireplace, a pub-style bar, coffee bar, Internet cafe, table game area, 24/7 fitness center, business center with conference room and theater. The “City” within the city will also offer an outdoor patio with a fire feature, patio furniture, green space and dog park.  Residents will enjoy all the area has to offer including public transportation, close proximity to Gray’s Lake and access to the bike trail network.
