Meadowlark Place Apartments Phase II is the second in a multi-phase development. The initial phase consisted of 120 units and was placed in service in May 2012. The family-style project consists of 84 units, housed in three three-story buildings. Eighteen apartments have one bedroom, 48 have two bedrooms and the final 18 units have three bedrooms. The apartments range from 630 to 1,115 square feet, and each have a private deck or patio. The project is 100% LIHTC.
Unit amenities include in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets, designer appliances and accent paint colors. The community offers hard-to-find amenities such as a state-of-the-art theater room, business center and a 24-hour fitness center. The community clubhouse includes a fireplace as well as meeting areas and management offices. Outdoor amenities include a splash pad and picnic grilling areas.
