1963 Bell Avenue

Located just south of Gray’s Lake with an incredible view of the downtown skyline, the office complex at 1963 Bell Avenue was in need of updating for modern offices. It had been used by a single corporate office user and we updated and modified the configuration to support multiple tenants along with updating and enhancing the amenity spaces to promote collaboration.
