Dave Vogtman has been with The Home Company, Boyer Young Land Development and Premier Land Title Company team since 2011. In his Senior Vice President role, Dave now oversees all operations, management and organization of the three Omaha-based companies including building and selling more than 130 homes and closing nearly 250 land lots in 2020 alone.
Hubbell Realty Company became the parent company of these three entities in early 2019 and throughout the transition, Dave has been a designated leader and has shown extensive knowledge of the Omaha real estate market.
Dave has spent 21 years in the homebuilding industry in the Omaha market. Dave has successfully overseen the operations for over 7,000 homes built in the Omaha market since his time in the industry.
