Jim Sarcone serves as the Vice President of Asset Management, Risk, Real Estate Tax and Golf for Hubbell Realty Company. In this role, he provides leadership and oversight of the risk and property casualty insurance needs of the company, property tax assessment work, renewal commercial leasing, and Woodland Hills Golf Course operations. He was instrumental in the efforts to create Highmark Senior Living, the manager of Hubbell's Edencrest communities around Central Iowa.
Before his promotion to this role in 2023, Jim served as a Director of Real Estate Investments (Risk & Property Tax) and the Director of Risk Management for five years. He handled the placements of property and casualty insurance programs for Hubbell and its affiliates, coordinated companywide safety efforts and managed the company's Fleet Vehicle Program. Jim first joined Hubbell in 2012 as the Risk Management and Insurance Coordinator to enhance the company's focus on insurance quality and real estate taxes.
Prior to his career at Hubbell Realty Company, Jim worked as an account executive for more than eight years for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., the world’s fourth-largest insurance brokerage firm. During his time there, Jim handled the insurance needs of companies ranging from Main Street businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
