As the Vice President of HRC Association Management, Kimber oversees all 5,500+ doors in the Hubbell portfolio. She oversees the team of community managers who handle the maintenance of the Association's responsibilities and ensures the highest quality of life in the associations we manage. She drives industry best practices with defined processes focused on effective communication, on-time payments, and financial forecasting and budgeting in an effort to maintain property values and mitigate risk.
Kimber's team manages nearly 60 residential and mixed-use community associations, 4,800 homes, 3,000 acres of land, 300 acres of native Iowa prairie and storm water conservation areas. She manages a variety of homes including single-family, townhomes, condos, active adult, commercial and multi-purpose.
Before joining Hubbell, Kimber has held multiple director positions with Huntington Learning Center, Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group and the Iowa Association of REALTORS.
