West Des Moines, Iowa (January 2, 2019) – Hubbell Realty Company has acquired Omaha-based Boyer Young Development Company, including The Home Company and Premier Land Title Company. This business acquisition is a first for Hubbell and took effect on December 31, 2018.
Like Central Iowa, Omaha continues to see increased population growth and a steadily growing housing market. Boyer Young co-owners, Mark Boyer and Tim Young, as well as The Home Company co-owners, Dave Vogtman and Nick Dolphens, were working on a financial growth plan and welcomed a discussion with Hubbell. Hubbell quickly discovered a mutual reputation for success in the respective markets, the ability to share products and practices and a culturally similar company with the same type of styles and standards.

In 2018, The Home Company built 80 homes for roughly $28 million in gross annual sales. Boyer Young Development Company, The Home Company and Premier Land Title Company will continue operating under the same names, as Hubbell-owned entities.
