This fall, Hubbell Realty Company will construct an industrial building with a 137,5000 square foot footprint at the Crosswinds Business Park in Ankeny. This building will be located immediately east of I-35 via Corporate Woods Drive and directly south of the Ankeny Regional Airport.
The industrial building will have very modern pre-cast paneling with large window-fronts for one, or multiple, business lines. This building will be at the impressive 137,500 square feet, featuring 32’ clear heights, precast walls, ESFR sprinkler systems and many other amenities which will make this a Class A building. Hubbell intends to build the first building by end of 2019.

As of recently, companies such as Toro, XPO Logistics, Baker Electric and Old Dominion Freight have all located in the area. Announcements from Kreg Tool, Ruan and Northern Tool have also spurred major development in and around the Crosswinds Business Park.
