Tyler Dingel, Senior Vice President with CBRE | Hubbell Commercial, has been recognized as one of the Americas Top 25 Retail Advisory and Transactions Producers for 2020. Dingel is the only brokerage professional from Iowa and only one of three professionals based out of the Midwest to receive this honor.
Dingel, who’s been part of the CBRE | Hubbell Commercial team for 15 years, has completed over 850 commercial real estate transactions. From retail, office, and investment markets, Dingel is recognized as one of the leading brokers in his field.
“I was honored to be listed alongside some of the top CBRE brokers from across the country and to make the list in a tertiary market like Greater Des Moines says a lot about all of the good things happening in our market,” said Dingel. “When I first moved to Des Moines, I didn’t have any relationships to leverage so I started at ground zero. I spent a lot of time knocking on doors and meeting people to build my network. Those efforts paved the way to how I do business today.”
“While these numbers were comparable to 2019, the year 2020 was unlike any other. With more technology in place, we were working with buyers and tenants virtually, over the phone and in any way we could. With the pandemic, we had to take additional steps to help clients feel comfortable with their deals and we served as their boots on the ground,” said Dingel.
Dingel, alongside his team, has completed 107 transactions for a total value of over $220 million in 2020.
