Construction has started on the Level, a 114-unit apartment building in Hubbell Realty Co.’s Bridge District, located south of Interstate Highway 235 and east of the Des Moines River.
Hubbell Realty Co. has started construction on a $29 million apartment project called Level, located in the Bridge District in the East Village.
The company had taken out a building permit for the project, which will include 114 apartment units, in February.
