Hubbell Realty Company is pleased to announce the addition of Rosemary Parson, Senior Vice President of Administration and Community Relations at EquitTrust Life Insurance Company, as a Hubbell Realty Company Board of Directors member. Parson, the first operations executive responsible for the administrative engineering for EquiTrust, brings more than 25 years of expertise and leadership to the current board.

In addition to her professional roles, Parsons is also heavily active throughout the community in various roles with Obesity Awareness in Action (OAA), which she co-founded, the Des Moines Arts Center, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and numerous additional mentorship roles focusing on young-adult students in the areas of literacy, banking, education and character. In 2011, Parson was named a Business Record Women of Influence Honoree and in 2021, was the first African-American inductee into the prestigious Iowa Insurance Hall of Fame.
With the addition of Parson, Hubbell has a 17 member board.
