Central Bank needed a new location in growing Waukee and hired Hubbell Construction Services to oversee the 5,000 SF project. The building incorporates banking technologies, a security vault case, and clerestory windows surrounding the lobby. In addition, the building is constructed with prefab insulated panels, designed to make the building as energy efficient as possible.
