Jim Gilbertson joined Hubbell Realty Company as the Chief Financial Officer in 2023. He provides strategic leadership, planning and oversight of the company’s financial resources. Jim leads all planning, development and implementation of Hubbell’s financial policies relative to accounting, tax, internal controls and systems. With more than 22 years of finance and operations expertise, he is a collaborative leader focused on strategic mission and key success metrics.

Before joining Hubbell, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer at Echo360, Inc. in Youngstown, Ohio, for two years. During this time, he led the integration of a $20 million acquisition to grow the company’s platform. He has also served as CFO for BBQ Holdings, Bluespire Inc. and ECMC/Zenith Education Group in Minneapolis. His varied expertise spans the restaurant industry, retail, services, education, distribution, media, SaaS, marketing, and licensing, domestic and globally.
