Noble Burkhead serves as the Director of Golf for Woodland Hills Golf Course, consistently recognized as the #1‑rated golf course in Des Moineson Google. In this role, he oversees all facets of course operations, including ground maintenance, clubhouse management, daily play, events, and tournament coordination. Noble also leads the course’s merchandising strategy and brand experience, ensuring Woodland Hills delivers exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for golfers of all levels. He manages and mentors the clubhouse, maintenance, and seasonal teams, driving operational excellence and a strong customer‑focused culture.

With more than 20 years of experience in the golf industry, Noble brings deep expertise and an unwavering passion for course stewardship, customer service, and the business of golf. Since joining Hubbell in 2006 as a clubhouse manager, he has played a key role in elevating Woodland Hills’ reputation and guest experience year after year.

Noble is also a foundational leader of the Hubbell Extreme Charity Golf Classic; a community charitable event that began in 2011. Under his guidance and alongside Hubbell Realty Company, the tournament has grown into a signature community fundraiser, collectively raising nearly $1 million to support local nonprofits and make a meaningful impact across Central Iowa.
