Rachael Sorci-Hodges, SPHR, leads Human Resources efforts for Hubbell Realty Company’s eighteen (18) divisions and 750 associates across Central Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska. In this role, she oversees a team of Human Resources professionals who lead recruiting, associate relations, benefits, and compliance for Iowa’s longest standing real estate development company.

Sorci-Hodges is an experienced human resources leader with a background in banking, construction, and hospitality/senior living. She has led large-scale HR initiatives in talent acquisition, retention, development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and strategic planning for organizations of 2,000–5,000 employees. Most recently Rachael has supported Highmark Senior Living and its ten (10) Edencrest communities across Central Iowa as the Human Resources Director driving talent acquisition, employee relations, and supporting 400+ senior living associates.
