Russell Endriss serves as Hubbell’s Vice President of Asset Management and Finance. Since joining the company in 2007, he has helped expand and elevate Hubbell’s asset management platform, overseeing the performance and financial strategy of the company’s diverse real estate portfolio.

Russell leads Hubbell’s disposition efforts, manages key banking and lender relationships, and provides strategic guidance across the company’s multifamily assets. His expertise in underwriting, portfolio performance, and long‑term planning has been instrumental in supporting Hubbell’s continued growth.

During his tenure, he has held roles including Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, Director of Finance, and Director of Real Estate Investments. Russell is widely respected in the real estate finance industry for his operational insight, analytical discipline, and commitment to Hubbell’s success.
