Caleb Smith, Vice President of Land Development, joined Hubbell Realty Company in early 2022. In his role, Smith is responsible for the management of residential land development operations with Hubbell Homes and Hubbell Realty Company’s various divisions. Smith ensures the adequate supply of available land and transactions associated with inventories across the metro in line with yearly strategic planning and objectives.

Smith brings more than 25 years of residential, engineering, and project management to the Hubbell team. Prior to his current role, he served as a Project Manager and Team Leader at McClure Engineering.

Smith has a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and is a licensed engineer in the State of Iowa.
