As the Vice President of Commercial Property Management, Cheryl has over 30 years of real estate experience with corporate facilities and investment properties. She has oversight for the daily operations, budgeting and staffing for 2.6 million square feet of property throughout Central Iowa and Greater Omaha, Nebraska areas.

Cheryl’s team manages office, medical, retail, warehouse, and flex space. The goals are to keep the assets well maintained and provide excellent customer service. While doing this, Property Management continues to update their processes and implement procedures to make sure we reach Hubbell strategic comprehensive goals.
