In his role as Senior Vice President for Hubbell Realty Company’s Capital Formation team, Jeff Fossell leads all Hubbell Realty Company real estate development investment and equity strategic initiatives, municipal finances, risk management and asset liability management and performance. Jeff is an expert in public and private corporate credit, commercial real estate debt and equity, project finance, infrastructure debt and equity, municipal finance, and alternative asset strategies and is a highly regarded third-party investment partner and negotiator.

Through his executive leadership, Jeff has successfully created investment processes, technological enhancements, and has the expertise to create a vision for growth within Hubbell. Jeff joined Hubbell Realty Company in June of 2022.

Prior to joining Hubbell, Jeff served as Senior Vice President – Deputy CIO with American Equity Investment Life Insurance Company where he led a team in global credit, commercial and agricultural real estate, and portfolio management. He also held leadership positions with Principal Financial Group and Accenture out of Minneapolis, MN.
