Joey Taylor-Moon is the Vice President of Marketing with Hubbell Realty Company. Since starting in 2016, she focuses on enhancing digital communications, interactive media and overall marketing strategies for Hubbell Realty and its’ eighteen (18) business divisions. Joey has over two decades of marketing and advertising experience in the real estate industry, which brings invaluable knowledge to the company and the Hubbell marketing team.
Joey oversees a team of thirteen (13) marketing professionals including social media content strategists, project and event coordinators, communications manager, videographer and digital specialists. In her role, she’s responsible for yearly budgets, overseeing strategic marketing and promotional efforts leading to the successful sales and positive occupancy of Hubbell’s four homebuilding companies and over 60 apartment communities managed by Indigo Living. Under her leadership, Hubbell’s public relations earned media value has surpassed $1.2 million year-over-year, and the team creates and manages nearly 75 websites. This is in addition to numerous rebrands, new brand launches and creative components that lead to Hubbell’s well-known reputation throughout the Midwest.
Joey’s reputation for being a hardworking, honest, and reliable professional is reflected not only in her professional work but also in her community efforts. Joey most recently served as the American Marketing Association’s (AMA) Past President. During her nine years of service with AMA, she relaunched the AMA Iowa brand with a new logo design, new website, and increased membership to over 400 for only the second time in AMA history.
