Jon Heseman serves as the Chief Information Officer for Hubbell Realty Company, having originally joined the company as Director of IT in 2013 before being promoted to CIO in 2019. Jon oversees all aspects of Hubbell’s technology strategy, ensuring the company’s systems, infrastructure, and digital tools effectively support a workforce of nearly 500 onsite and in‑office associates.

In his role, Jon leads the implementation of technology efficiencies across the organization, driving best practices in systems management, cybersecurity, process automation, and enterprise‑wide digital adoption. He is at the forefront of integrating emerging technologies—including AI‑powered tools and data‑driven platforms—to enhance operational performance, improve decision‑making, and elevate the experience of both associates and customers. His focus on innovation, scalability, and system reliability has been central to Hubbell’s continued growth.

Before joining Hubbell, Jon spent more than a decade at Economy Forms Corporation in Des Moines, where he built the company’s network and system infrastructure to support global operations in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. He also oversaw daily IT operations and security, establishing a foundation of expertise he continues to bring to his leadership at Hubbell.
