Kimber Davis is responsible for the management of an experienced team of community association managers, customer care specialists, and field maintenance technicians who provide excellent customer service through responsible stewardship of the community association’s resources and management of its responsibility elements.

Her team provides full-service HOA management services to 60+ condo, single-family, and townhome communities across Central Iowa and the Omaha area.

With over 20 years of real estate, mortgage, settlement, and HOA management, Kimber brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Throughout her career, she has held several key positions in the real estate industry, including Vice President and Director of Operations at Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group and Director of Professional Development at the Iowa Association of REALTORS.
