Mr. Gamble is the President & Chief Operating Officer of Hubbell Realty Company, headquartered in West Des Moines, Iowa. Mr. Gamble is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of Hubbell Realty Company’s eighteen (18) corporate divisions in the areas of development, construction, management and homebuilding. Mr. Gamble implements best-in-class initiatives to expand the company’s regional footprint through newly proposed developments and strategic acquisitions in these various sectors. Under Mr. Gamble’s leadership, Hubbell has built its longstanding reputation as one of Iowa’s first real estate development companies.

Mr. Gamble joined Hubbell Realty Company in 1994 as a commercial real estate broker with CBRE | Hubbell Commercial. During his 30 years with Hubbell, Mr. Gamble spent 18 years as the Managing Director for CBRE | Hubbell Commercial, leading office, retail, industrial and multifamily teams before being promoted to Executive Vice President where he oversaw Hubbell’s Management and homebuilding divisions. In 2024, Kyle Gamble was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hubbell Realty Company, with oversight of all currently operating divisions.
