In his role as Vice President of Development, Matt Weller leads the Des Moines and Omaha development teams where he oversees all of Hubbell Realty Company’s multifamily, industrial, and commercial development projects. From initial site identification and underwriting, through entitlements and design, to construction and operations, Matt and his team oversee development projects through their entire vertical integration.

Matt has been with Hubbell since 2013, where he started with Hubbell Construction Services. He moved to the Development team in 2016, where he has played an integral role in the company’s growth. In his time at Hubbell, Matt has worked on the development and construction of over 4,000 multifamily units and 1,400,000 square feet of industrial buildings.

Matt became Vice President of Development in 2023, and brings with him 18 years of professional experience in commercial construction and development.
