Nick Dolphens is the Senior Vice President of Omaha Operations, leading the Home Company, The Land Company and Premier Land Title Company based in Omaha, Nebraska. His responsibilities include overseeing and managing preconstruction, purchasing, production, and warranty departments as well as land purchasing and title processing.

In 2012, Dolphens was an integral member in founding The Home Company and worked as the Director of Operations and Owner of The Home Company until Hubbell Realty Company acquired the companies in 2019. Prior to this, Dolphens worked for Nebraska’s largest homebuilder leading operations and home construction throughout the state as well as Army Corp of Engineers and Nebraska’s Department of Economic Development.

Dolphens graduated from the University of Nebraska in Construction Management and Pre-Architecture Program.
