As Vice President of Human Resources, Rachael Sorci-Hodges, SPHR, leads the human resources strategy for Hubbell Realty Company, supporting the organization’s 16 business lines and more than 450 associates across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. She leads the Human Resources team in delivering talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, organizational development, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring the company’s people strategies align with its long-term business objectives and continued growth.
