Southgate Development turned to Hubbell Construction Services to act as general contractor on a 96,000 SF office, warehouse and production facility to house CIVCO as a tenant. The new facility features modern office spaces, product demonstration and training areas, a fitness gym, and other employee-focused amenities. This centralized headquarters enables CIVCO’s continued growth as the company advances medical device innovations.
