LEVEL at Bridge District is a 114-unit apartment community in Des Moines’ East Village, completing Hubbell’s three-community apartment vision within the Bridge District neighborhood. Located on the north end of the district near the Des Moines River, LEVEL was designed to take advantage of its connection to downtown, the riverfront, the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden, the Women of Achievement Bridge, and the surrounding East Village amenities. The five-story community introduced a modern residential experience with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, open-concept layouts, contemporary finishes, private balconies, and views of the downtown skyline and river corridor.
Completing the Bridge District Vision
As the third and final apartment community in Bridge District, LEVEL reflected Hubbell’s ability to thoughtfully complete a multi-phase urban neighborhood with a distinct residential offering. The community brought together contextual architecture, riverfront connectivity, and a robust amenity package, including rooftop lounge space, community patios, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, work-from-home space, bike and kayak storage, a micro market, coffee bar, grilling stations, and heated garage parking.
