The Winhall of Williams Pointe is a 206-unit luxury apartment community in Waukee, Iowa, developed along University Avenue across from the Kettlestone development. The eight-building community brought new rental housing to one of the Des Moines metro’s fastest-growing suburbs, with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes designed for convenience, comfort, and suburban accessibility. Each apartment included an in-home washer and dryer and either a private patio or balcony, giving residents a high-quality living experience in a rapidly developing corridor.
Bringing Luxury Rentals to Waukee
Hubbell developed The Winhall alongside equity partner Persimmon Capital Partners, demonstrating the company’s ability to deliver large-scale multifamily communities through strategic partnerships. Construction began in 2012, with the full $18.76 million development completed across eight buildings. With amenities including a pool and patio, grilling areas, theatre, 24-hour fitness center, and community room, The Winhall expanded rental options in Waukee while supporting the area’s continued residential and commercial growth.
