Embarq Signature Homes, a high-end custom homebuilding division of Hubbell Realty Co., has been named the 2026 Des Moines Homebuilders’ Association’s winner of Best Landscaping and Best Outdoor Living space in the 2026 HomeShowExpo at the Saddle Ridge neighborhood in Norwalk.
Embarq took home two awards and rose to the top of the eleven homes within this year’s show. This year’s show ran for three weekends throughout September welcoming thousands of visitors from across the state.
“This was a really meaningful build for Embarq given so many of this custom homes touches were provided by the buyer who poured their hearts into the staging, finishes and layout of this home. We elevated our exterior living package with an outdoor living area, pool, mini golf hole and so many more features that truly was unique to this homeowner.
