Ford Storage, longstanding Omaha company, joins Infinity Industrial Park
Infinity Industrial Park, constructed by Hubbell Construction Services, welcomes Ford Storage, a longtime Omaha based company, as the newest company to locate within the growing industrial park in Sarpy County, Nebraska.
Ford Storage will build and occupy the third building in Infinity, a 300,000 square foot building, strategically positioned near major transportation corridors and designed to support modern logistics and industrial operations. Since 2000, Ford has occupied numerous warehouses across Greater Omaha as their business expanded. This warehouse specifically allows Ford to provide direct service to 91% of the U.S. within 2 days via truck.
“As we look ahead to expanding into a brand-new warehouse facility in Gretna, we’re also reflecting on what’s allowed Ford Storage to reach this milestone. This isn’t about ‘growth for growth’s sake.’ It’s about building the kind of infrastructure that lets us show up better for our customers with more capacity, more flexibility, and more control over the solutions we deliver. Over 100 years in this business has taught us one thing: you build for the long term,” said Chad Ford, Vice President of Strategic Developments, Logistics with Ford Storage.
Founded in Omaha in 1915, Ford Storage has been a trusted name in warehousing and logistics for decades, supporting regional businesses with flexible storage, distribution, and supply‑chain solutions. The company has played an integral role in the growth of the Omaha market, serving manufacturers, retailers, and distributors with a strong focus on reliability, customer service, and long‑term partnerships.
Infinity Industrial is already home to Rotella’s Italian Bakery, another well-renowned Omaha-based company, the first tenant to secure the first two warehouses in the park in 2025. The first building is a 260,000 square feet bakery and the next building is planned for future expansion.
“The addition of Ford reinforces Infinity Industrial Park’s momentum as a premier destination for high‑quality industrial users in the Omaha metro area,” said Matt Weller, Vice President of Development with Hubbell Realty Company, the developer and construction company building Infinity Industrial Park. “Ford Storage’s deep roots in Omaha and proven operational expertise is a great fit for this area. Their decision to expand at Infinity underscores the park’s ability to support established, locally connected companies as they continue to grow. As a company celebrating 170 years in 2026, we’re proud to help other longtime, local companies continue their success.”
Each warehouse is part of a 10-building, 156-acre industrial park offering market-leading features including 32’ clear heights, ESFR sprinklers and easy transportation logistics.
“With foundations just underway now, this is an extremely fast-tracked project as we aim to deliver the space to Ford Storage in early 2027” said Casey Port, Vice President of Hubbell Construction Services.
