DES MOINES, Iowa (June 22, 2026) — Hubbell Realty Company celebrated the grand opening of its new Gray’s Station Clubhouse on Thursday, June 18, marking another major milestone in the continued growth of the Gray’s Station community in downtown Des Moines.
The $3 million clubhouse serves as a central amenity for residents and a vibrant gathering space featuring a live music venue, fitness center, a pool, and flexible indoor/outdoor areas designed to foster community connection. The clubhouse will also serve as a host site for the Gray’s Summer Music Series and future neighborhood events.
The Grand Opening event welcomed over 100 guests, partners, and community members for tours, live music, refreshments, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

In addition to the clubhouse debut, attendees had the opportunity to explore several new residential offerings at Gray’s Station, including:
- Telus Condos: A 32-unit condominium community currently in the trim, cabinetry, and finishing stages, offering a preview of homes that will soon be available for purchase. Homes will start in the $240’s.
- LINC at Gray’s Station: These newly completed apartments within the highly successful LINC community, now 50% leased upon delivery. This phase introduces enhanced amenities, including a full spa experience and Pilates machines for residents.
