WEST DES MOINES, Iowa – Hubbell Homes, in partnership with local homebuilder Sage Homes, is proud to announce Willow Preserve, a new residential community that will bring hundreds of new housing options to West Des Moines over the next decade.
Situated on 156 acres along Veterans Parkway and SE 35th Street, Willow Preserve is planned to include an estimated 323 single-family homesites, 12.5 acres of future townhome development, and dedicated city parkland designed to enhance connectivity and recreation for residents. The community is anticipated to be developed in six phases over the next eight to ten years, helping meet the growing demand for housing in one of Central Iowa’s fastest-growing communities.
The first phase of development is expected to begin this fall and include 29 single-family lots, marking the beginning of a long-term investment in housing, neighborhood amenities and community growth in West Des Moines. The land was acquired for $6.6 million.
