West Des Moines, Iowa — Indigo Living, the multifamily property management division of Hubbell Realty Company, has been selected by Edgewood REIT as the third-party property management partner for 500 apartment units in Waukee and Johnston. The apartment properties are listed as:
- Alice Patricia – 288 Units, Apartments only
- Sterling Pointe – 252 Units, Apartments only
The partnership extends Indigo Living’s reach and supports the company’s strategic growth across Central Iowa and neighboring Midwest markets.
