Hubbell Realty Company was named the Best Of Des Moines by the Business Record’s 2026 survey. The survey is in an effort to let the community’s business leaders identify the top businesses and individuals in a variety of categories. This year, the Business Record fielded more than 7,000 individual ballot submissions.
Hubbell was named in the following categories:

- Winner: Best Real Estate Property Management Company – Hubbell Realty
- Winner: Best Development Company – Hubbell Realty
- Runner-up: Best Home Builder – Hubbell Homes
- Runner-up: Best Commercial Real Estate Company – Hubbell Realty
- Runner-up: Best Residential Real Estate Company – Hubbell Realty
- Runner-up: Best General Contractor – Hubbell Realty
- Runner-up: Best Metro Business Leader – Kyle Gamble
