With one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 625 to 1,215 square feet, Cedarbrooke Place provided residents with functional layouts, community amenities, and convenient access to the broader Des Moines metro.
Expanding Housing Access in Norwalk
Hubbell developed and served as general contractor for Cedarbrooke Place, bringing together financing expertise, development planning, and construction capabilities to deliver a high-quality mixed-income community. The project included hard-to-find amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center, splash pad, playground, picnic areas, and business center, creating a well-rounded residential experience for families, individuals, and working professionals. As one of Hubbell’s early multifamily investments in Norwalk, Cedarbrooke Place helped lay the foundation for continued housing growth in the community and demonstrated Hubbell’s ability to deliver affordable and mixed-income housing solutions in high-demand suburban markets.
