Central Bank

Central Bank partnered with Hubbell Construction Services to deliver a new 5,000-square-foot banking location in growing Waukee, Iowa. Working with Simonson + Associates, HCS provided general contracting services for a modern facility designed around efficiency, security, and customer convenience. The building incorporated banking technologies, a security vault case, drive-up lanes, an on-site ATM, and clerestory windows surrounding the lobby to bring natural light into the space. Constructed with prefab insulated structural wall panels, the project also prioritized energy efficiency while giving Central Bank a functional, polished location to serve customers in a growing suburban market.
