Edencrest at Green Meadows is a 64-unit assisted living and memory care community in Johnston, Iowa, and the second community developed under Hubbell’s Edencrest brand. The $11.4 million investment expanded senior living options in Central Iowa with private apartments, assisted living services, and secured memory care designed for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Located on a scenic site overlooking the beltway, bike trail, walking gardens, and wooded landscape, the single-story building includes four wings, a walk-out lower level, and a large main-level deck overlooking a ground-level patio.

Hubbell developed and built Edencrest at Green Meadows, pairing senior housing expertise with thoughtful site planning and construction execution. The community includes a central dining room, exercise room, beauty salon, private gathering areas for family and friends, secured memory care spaces, and 24-hour staffing with care-focused programming. Supported by bank debt and private equity, Edencrest at Green Meadows demonstrated Hubbell’s ability to deliver specialized senior living communities that help residents remain connected to the places they call home while receiving the support and care they need.
