Edencrest at Kettlestone is an 80-home senior living community in Waukee, Iowa, and marked Hubbell’s eighth Edencrest community across Central Iowa. Located in the KeeTown Loop and rapidly expanding Kettlestone district, the $22 million community was positioned near walking trails, boutiques, restaurants, music venues, and surrounding Waukee housing communities. With 40 assisted living homes, 20 memory care homes, and 20 independent living homes, Edencrest at Kettlestone expanded access to quality senior living options in Iowa’s fastest-growing city.
Expanding Senior Living in Waukee
As part of the Hubbell Realty Company portfolio, Edencrest at Kettlestone demonstrated Hubbell’s ability to develop and manage specialized housing that supports older adults and their families. The community paired studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes with thoughtful amenities and care-focused spaces, including fitness areas, gathering spaces, a barber shop, general store, spa, family areas, custom resident event spaces, and murals by artist Christina Hibert.
