Miller Drive in a rapidly developing area of Pleasant Hill, the $17 million community expanded access to quality senior living in a neighborhood surrounded by walking trails, new businesses, rental housing, townhomes, and single-family homes. With 44 assisted living homes and 26 memory care homes, Edencrest at Pleasant Hill offered studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options designed to support older adults and their families.

Edencrest at Pleasant Hill demonstrated Hubbell’s ability to create specialized housing that fits within a larger neighborhood vision. With nearby housing options including rental apartments, townhomes, single-family homes, and Forge65, the community added an important senior living component to a growing area where residents could remain close to family, friends, and familiar community connections. Amenities including fitness areas, gathering spaces, a barber shop, general store, spa, family areas, custom resident interaction spaces, and murals by artist Christina Hibert helped create a warm, engaging environment focused on comfort, care, and connection.
