After 12 years, Hubbell Realty Company’s corporate office space needed a refresh to better support modern workstyles, space efficiency, and collaboration across business units. Hubbell Construction Services partnered with Saxton to plan and execute a complete 26,000-square-foot office remodel, transforming the existing workplace while keeping the company’s operational needs in mind. The $600,000 renovation included new private offices, a new board room, a new training room, reduced storage space to support Hubbell’s corporate “paperless” initiative, and redesigned common office areas with lower workspace panels and adjustable-height desks.
Modernizing the Workplace
The completed remodel created a more open, flexible, and efficient corporate environment that better reflected the way Hubbell teams work together. By improving visibility, modernizing workstations, and adding dedicated spaces for meetings, training, and executive collaboration, the project enhanced both day-to-day functionality and long-term workplace performance.
