The Iowa Trust & Savings Bank headquarters is a 14,475-square-foot office and banking facility in Clive, Iowa, developed to support the bank’s continued growth in the Des Moines metro. Located at the northwest corner of Hickman Road and NW 156th Street, the two-story facility created a permanent, accessible location for Iowa Trust clients in Central Iowa. The first floor includes bank retail and a drive-through, with offices located above and an outdoor patio for employee use. A glass-surrounded, grand open stair faces the corner of Hickman and NW 156th Street, creating a prominent presence at a primary intersection entering Clive from the west.
Delivering a Modern Banking HQ
Hubbell Construction Services served as the third-party general contractor for the $8.0 million project, leading construction of the facility from site work through completion in less than one year. Designed with a brick and glass exterior façade, custom glass hand railing, Class A office space, and state-of-the-art customer experience areas, the new headquarters delivered a modern, polished environment for both clients and employees. The project demonstrated HCS’s ability to manage high-quality commercial construction for third-party clients, coordinate with design and trade partners, and bring a complex, client-facing facility to life on an accelerated timeline.
