McAninch enlisted Hubbell Construction Services to renovate its existing office space, requiring careful coordination around high-end cabinetry, doors, and existing finishes that needed to remain protected throughout construction. Rather than replacing the building’s original systems, HCS worked within the existing infrastructure and thoughtfully integrated new, unfinished materials to match the character and quality already in place. The renovation balanced preservation with purposeful updates, allowing the space to feel refreshed while maintaining the craftsmanship of the original office environment. To complete the project, HCS furnished and installed new custom millwork in the reception area and conference rooms, creating polished, functional spaces that aligned with McAninch’s professional setting and elevated the overall client and employee experience.
