The North Ankeny Medical Park is a 59,000 SF medical mall intended to provide a number of services within a single location to improve access and convenience for patients and families in Ankeny and the surrounding area. This was a unique project not only in design and scope, but also in bringing together multiple partners in the development process to maximize value to the client. In 2017, an MRI addition was completed over seven months, adding 1,800 square feet to the building footprint.
