Hubbell Construction Services was selected as the general contractor to complete the remodel construction of On With Life’s Long Term Skilled Care Facility in Polk City, Iowa. Originally constructed in the 1970s as a nursing home, the building required a complete demolition and remodel of the interior. The exterior underwent a complete refresh including window and siding replacement, staining of the brick and various site improvements.
