Rialto is a 123-unit single-family rental community in Waukee, Iowa, designed to meet demand in one of the Des Moines metro’s most sought-after growth corridors. Building on the success of Centennial Crossing, Rialto brought proven single-family rental layouts to a new market while introducing updated floorplans, including select homes with rooftop patios overlooking the pond and trail. Each home featured two or three bedrooms, private entries, attached garages, and upscale elevations that created an executive-style residential experience within a professionally planned rental community.
