Hubbell brought its full-service real estate expertise to Sagebrook, a 264-unit Class A multifamily rental community in La Vista, Nebraska. Located on a 15.77-acre site just north of Giles Road and less than 20 minutes from downtown Omaha, the project marked an important expansion into the Omaha metro and demonstrated Hubbell’s ability to identify high-growth markets, secure strong sites, and deliver housing that responds to local demand. With access to a premium school district, strong suburban growth, and nearby investment including La Vista’s $250 million City Centre development, Sagebrook was positioned to serve a market experiencing steady rent growth and attractive occupancy fundamentals.

Bringing Sagebrook to Life

From development through construction and ongoing property management, Sagebrook showcased Hubbell’s integrated capabilities across the full life cycle of a multifamily community. Hubbell’s development team led the vision for the 15-acre site, creating a land use solution that supported La Vista’s growing housing needs, while Hubbell Construction Services delivered the community with the quality and efficiency expected of a Class A multifamily product. Today, the community is professionally managed by Indigo Living, Hubbell’s property management platform, providing residents with a high-quality living experience supported by amenities including a swimming pool, community clubhouse, fitness center, dog park, package room, rentable garages, and roughly 450 parking spaces.
