West Des Moines, Iowa (November 2026) — Indigo Living, the multifamily property management division of Hubbell Realty Company, has been selected by TWG as the third-party property management partner for a 1,200-unit multifamily portfolio throughout the Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Ames and Des Moines markets.
The partnership extends Indigo Living’s reach further into the Eastern Iowa market and supports the company’s strategic growth across Eastern Iowa and neighboring Midwest markets.

Prior to the partnership, Indigo Living managed more than 8,200 apartment homes, with 58% of its portfolio owned by Hubbell Realty Company and 42% comprised of third-party management agreements, representing approximately 3,460 homes. Indigo Living was formed in 2007 following the sale of the Clark portfolio in Des Moines, Iowa and Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
